Using components of the CEO.D. and the MDP, the ALLDocs Leadership Program is designed to engage both the OD/business owner and practice manager, and support a comprehensive and collaborative learning experience. By participating together, this allows for faster learning application, a unified practice partnership, and overall alignment on the practice opportunities and growth strategies. Topics covered in the program include; Strategic Planning and Operations, Tracking and Reporting, Financial Management, People Leadership, Retail Strategies, Customer Excellence, and many many more!

Upcoming class dates
Once enrolled a welcome packet will be sent via email, with additional class instructions and information. The 3 live sessions will be hosted at the locations listed below. Each live session will consist of a day and a half of instruction and will begin each day promptly at 9:00 AM.
