Program Overview

The CEO.D.™ program contains a blend of formal and collaborative learning elements throughout the blended learning experience spread across three phases - Prepare, Engage, and Support. The CEO.D. blended learning experience consist of online nano-learning courses, curated articles and webinars with two immersive classroom-based sessions.

Weeks 1-3: Virtual Online Learning (accessible 24/7)

Section 2: Create Your Culture

Week 4: Immersive Live Classroom Workshop #1 (2 Days)

  • Group-based exercises based on business scenarios to practice what you learn in Sections 1 & 2

  • Social learning via debriefs and discussions

  • Interactions with industry experts (including discussions on best practices, experiences, statistics and model behaviors)

Week 5: Implement What You Learn

  • Implement action items with staff

Weeks 6-9: Virtual Online Learning (accessible 24/7)

Section 3: Business Operations & Performance

Section 4: Customer Experience

Section 5: Practice Profitability

Week 10: Immersive Live Classroom Workshop #2 (2 Days)

  • Group-based exercises based on business scenarios to “Practice” skills learned in Sections 3 - 5

  • Social learning via debriefs and discussions

  • Interactions with industry experts (including discussions on best practices, experiences, statistics and model behaviors)
